Our finest free range beef, for instance, is hung for a minimum of 21 days to ensure perfect tenderness and taste. Givendale is our supplier of meats and we invite you to visit their website to learn more about the cuts of meat on offer and the stewardship involved.

Alternatively, please call in to our corner shop for information and advice on how best to cook the meats we sell.

At W.F. Burton we are renowned not just for our beef, lamb, pork, succulent sausages, poultry etc, but also for their delicious accompaniments. Where, for instance, would roast beef be like without horseradish sauce and Yorkshire Pudding, lamb without mint sauce or poultry without a range of stuffings. All are available at W.F. Burton along with many other appetising additions including our superb pickled onions.
